We were at the beginning of the Internet in the Czech Republic

The history of our Internet services started in 1996 with the project CZECHIA.COM. CZECHIA was one of the first providers of web hosting services and domain registrations in the Czech Republic.

CZECHIA’s original mission was to enable Czech companies to present themselves online on foreign markets. This was primarily the US, where our first servers were located to provide web domain traffic. A year later, we started offering professional web hosting services on servers in the Czech Republic and contributed to the development of Internet services in our country. In 2001, we were the first specialized web hosting provider to set up our own data centre. In 2003 we became an accredited registrar of CZ domain names, and two years after that we also became an accredited registrar of EU and Slovak domain names.

At the moment, the Internet Department offers a wide variety of products which help both companies and individuals present themselves on the internet. Besides registering up to 600 top level domains and web hosting services we also provide a solution for online shops – inShop, a system for a quick website design – inPage and a cloud service – Zoner Cloud
